Smoothie.
Milk/yoghurt
Ice
Avocado
Berries/ripe bananas/honey/chocolate syrup
I know western people usually associate avocados with savoury dish but they taste good with sweet stuff as well. South east asians use avocados in a lot of our desserts.

Peel of the skin until only the white inside is showing, then score the surface with a knife all over too peel off long, thin strips like strings. Repeat until all that's left is the innermost seed casing. This stuff goes great in salads. Thai style "giant sweet green avocado" salad uses fish sauce, fresh ground chilis, green beans, cherry tomatoes, peanuts... Use whatever you want. Pound that shit to bruise and partially mash the ingredients, but take it easy on the "giant sweet green avocado" strips. They only need slight bruising so they can absorb the spicy dressing a little and release more of their own flavor.

I'm kinda jealous of those
avocados in western yurop are smol and expensive desu

but anyway, if I don't eat them with some toast I either them use them in a salad like pic related or in something warm like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5txQMLb4gPE which amazingly simple and quick and filling and it's go-to thing when I don't feel like actually cooking but I have the stuff to make that
really anything I make with avocado is super basic and simple because they're already very filling

Avcacado Soup

- Tomatillos
- Garlic
- Onion
- Jalepenos
- salt
- Avacados
- Lemon (zest)
- Chicken stock

Dice onions and garlic.
Lightly cook the tomatillos. Just heat and soften on the oven. mixed with onions and garlic

Scoop out some avacados. Like, 3? Those are big ones. Maybe 2. Mash em up. Put them in the blender. Add chicken stock. Mix. Toss in Tomatillos from pan, along with chopped jalepenos. Add stock as necessary for thickness.

Salt and everything god I'm tired.

I have a VitaMix so it mixes until it's hot. Just dump it into a pot and heat it until warm / hot, stirring regularly.

Serve soup in bowl, top with avacado slices. Add lemon zest.

Enjoy or call me a fag. I'll live with either.

You can do a lot with avocados.
Also, I think they mean 'testicle' in the native language.

-green eggs and ham (mix in w eggs)
-slice thin, pair with cucmber slices, mix cooked medium grain white rice (i use kokuho) w/ rice vinegar, sugar, water, salt to make zushi rice. spread rice on seaweed laver sheet, arrange avocados and cucumbers parallel to the axis of rotation in a line. Roll. Boom. No more paying 7 bucks for mediocre rolls from the local Nipponese restaurant.
-Chop in half, remove pit, sprinkle salt, pepper, lime juice. Eat straight out of the skin with a spoon like the monsters we are.
-Blend with silken tofu, dr.chung brand soy milk (A or B is fine), ice. Add in flavorings, toppings to your liking. If you introduce enough air into it, you can make ice cream out of it.
-Add slices on BLT's. Adding a dash of balsamic vinaigrette helps cut through the richness of the avocados.
-I've used them in the place of small tofu cubes for dishes that don't require heating after I add them, like bibimbap. Put a fried egg on top if you want to go full Ajumma
