I was watching Ramsey's channel and he gave me some ideas for scrambled eggs. Ever sense I started making it the same way or at least similar, they have come out amazing. I don't even need cheese for them.

What I have previously done is add in buttermilk, cream cheese and sour cream. I'm trying it with french onion dip cause I'm out of sour cream and it works guys. I'm scared. I will find more shit to add in. Also Garlic powder

i don't think he's underrated.
I think he has certainly earned his notariety, and clout. I find his adversarial personality to be annoying sometimes.

On Master Chef Jr. he does a nice job, but I like Joe Bastianich the best.
