Let me give you some pro advice. First, find a favorite truck. Some are much better than others, the operators actually make their own "white sauce" most of the time and have some discretion on the choice and quantity of veggies.

Then tip your operator $1 each time you order. No need to converse or anything. After a few days he'll recognize you and silently double your meat free of charge. This works EVERYWHERE. Just be chill and mildly friendly, tip $1, go to the same truck at least once every couple weeks, and BAM you're getting tons of meat with your order.
