Ill never forget my first experience with a chicago dog.I was visiting chicago and ordered one from the hot dog cart that sits outside the shedd aquarium. Ate that while overlooking the chicago skyline and pier, it was glorious.

I lived in the Chicago area for a couple years and we'd always get a catalog in the mail for a ton of Chicago foods (actual different name brands) that you can have shipped all over the country as like care packages. That's how much Chicagoans think of their shitty food culture (or rather, how little they think of every next town over).

It's fine. Their Chicago dogs and Italian beef are pretty much just as good as any other hole in the wall stand in Chicago. I prefer Superdawg, but they're a little different. Portillo's burgers are pretty good for a fast food burger.
