I dont think you can cook coins, op.
Im positive they are not safe to eat anyways. And if you are hard on cash it might be best not to eat it.
Maybe buy some food?

Rice, Green Beans, Ground Pork, Hot sauce.
Use eggs for rice and ground pork when preparing.
I also like to dice potatoes and garlic and cook with Ground pork.

After all items are prepared, mix into large bowl and add hot sauce to taste.

Can skip bay leaves, cinnamon, substitute any milk for coconut milk if you don't have.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic (crushed/chopped)
1 medium onion (diced)
1- 2 tablespoons curry powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 cup small red lentils
3 cups water
2-3 bay leaves, to taste
1 cinnamon stick
1 tin tomatoes, (chopped)
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
In a large saucepan, saute garlic til fragrant.
Add onions and cook until they begin to soften.
Add curry powder and salt, to taste, and cook over medium heat til mixture begins to brown.
Add lentils and stir for a minute or so before adding water, the bay leaves and cinnamon stick. Bring to boil, then turn heat down very low and simmer for 20minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped tomatoes, and simmer a further 10minutes, until thick. The lentils should be soft and the consistency just liquid enough to pour.
Add coconut milk and lemon juice. Stir through, and remove from heat.
Serve over rice with lime pickle and mango chutney.

Crossboarder here from /g/. Where can I learn how to cook? I've been browsing the catalog for a while now but the only thing I see is food related threads and little to no cooking ones. Do you have a wiki or some reference pages?

start making chili, heavy on the BEANS if you're hungry and on a budget.
shit will last you over a week by yourself if you make a big pot of it. might even need to freeze portions so they keep longer. and the more you do it the better you'll get at ratios and deciding what ingredients you like or dislike in it. then when you get really good you can stop getting any canned shit and do it all yourself for even cheaper

/ck/ is mostly for shitposting these days, although I do find new things to try here. Just look up stuff you want to cook, anon. If you don't know how to do something the recipe calls for, look it up. Also try to avoid recipes that ask for "a can of this" or "insert store bought spice mix here".
