I recently learned that you can eat the fucking thing skin and all. There's no reason to peel it, and most of the vitamins in it are in the skin as well.

But seriously, what can I make with this thing that isn't a smoothie, tart, or yogurt. The internet is full of shitty food recipes. Like yesterday when I made almond butter.
