you got vietnamese, chinese, thai, korean and japanese in every top 10 cuisines of the world.

europeans have italian but thats it no one really cares about the others.

for latinos its mexican food but thats pretty much it.

Most of Africa is a starving shit hole but the places that avoided the AIDS plague have the most fertile soil on Earth and the food is delicious especially because they were colonized by every nation and learned about all the different spices that culture would use and how they used different ingredients. Also you forgot Indian they are unhygienic people but they know how to make good tasting stuff if they are in the first world where we make them use TP and wash their hands
