He's obese and probably has been for a long time. And probably consuming 100g of sugar a day.

wait did he actually have another stroke? I used to hate jack, but i've come to love his channel. He's the eternal boomer.

Yup he had a second one. A year or two ago he posted saying his blood tests were coming back pretty badly and that he was going to try to get healthier. But all he did was eat more pork and chicken instead of beef. Didn't really seem that concerned about his obesity.

You don't get strokes that often from just being fat. He probably has some other underlying condition.

Mind you, if he wasn't fat, he probably wouldn't be getting them as often.

>> No.10952142

>>10952132
Most likely the fabled underlying condition came from him being fat as fatass

He might be diabetic. I mean his BBQ sauce is like 57% sugar and he said he was constantly drinking energy drinks and shit like that. Diabetic, obese, not young, pretty bad combination.

>> No.10952151

>>10952145
Never mind what I had said, I thought he'd had like 6 or 7 strokes in the last few months. Turns out it's his second in two years. Consistent with obesity and high pressure.

You're right though, untreated diabetes would also make it worse.

This meme is still going on? I investigated it a bit out of curiosity and all I see is another miracle diet which will likely make you very sick.

>> No.10952173

>>10952169
I don't think it'll make you sick as long as you don't completely skip on the vegetables and think you can eat nothing but meat forever. But for someone consuming as much sugar as Jack probably does, doing keto for a while is probably going to lead to an improvement.

>> No.10952177

His first food video since the stroke, and it's
>eggs
>cheese
>pork
>beef
>milk

RIP dude you didn't even try

And also not doing it for too long*. Doing it once in a while is probably fine, but since there's been a discovery of people making bread from wild grains before they were even farming, any long-term low carb diet isn't really in line with actual evolution and what hunter-gatherers really ate.
