Honestly, it depends on what they've been eating. Salads make them smell pretty much like an average fart. Though curries and similar dishes fuck up everything. The combination of oil, spices, and beans creates a gastrointestinal hell that is hard to explain.
Though a vegetarian that starts eating meat again will have terrible farts (above average, not as bad as the curry farts) for a few weeks before their digestive system adjusts.
