Paper towel and general home cleaners. Unless you plan on licking the wall and the side of the stove you will be fine with a general cleaning. If you have lysol wipes that will do as well after you clean up the initial goop of eggs. Don't be so scared, unless your immunocompromised you'll be fine with even eating raw eggs unless you just that one unlucky fucker.

There shouldn't be at all. Clean it normally like you would any other spill. The only thing I think you could run into would be getting the eggs off the floor if they are in one spot. You can use a rag and wash it afterwards as that might be easier to help get the goop up because it has something more porous to stick to.
