Fiber isn't going to help much if you're literally just subsisting off of liquids for most of your calories. Just get used to eating some sort of simple and easy to process solid food. Even making yourself eat some maruchuan ramen noodles on a regular basis would be better than a liquid predominant diet for the substance they'll put it your intestines alone. They don't teach this in school but your intestines will get fucked up hard if you don't keep them supplied with a certain amount of solid food on an ongoing basis. Probably isn't taught because most people have the opposite problem and can't stop eating massive amounts of food, but yeah, you can't just live off liquid and expect it's going to work well with your GI tract.
