It's not really that they only hire people from specific backgrounds so much as only certain kinds of people are willing to put up with their protestant work ethic bullshit. I live in Ottawa, Canada, and the fact that Chick-fil-a is coming to Toronto had some people SEETHING. From boycotting to targeting bigoted employees has been talked about, but most of it online. In person it's mostly just buzzwords and how they'd never support a alt-right business.

But so far everything I've read about them makes it seem like they're an ideal business model.
