Look here and listen to these words. No, but you can have cheeseless tacos, you just need tomatoes, lettuce, and some other fat, such as mayo or sour cream

Nope park is too salt and doesn't melt properly for Mexican food just use a bit more crema or go with out

I don't get it. What's the difference between a chicken sandwich which is traditionally served with mayo and a chicken taco? Same thing, different shape. Seems somewhat autistic to think a different shape somehow changed which flavors work together.

Also, Del Taco grilled chcickun tacos come with mayo default, they claim it's a "special sauce" but it's clearly 90 percent mayo

idk bro I would expect asian fusion tacos to have mayo based sauce half the time

Like personally I don't understand why you even need bread or tortillas just use fried chicken breasts KFC did it

Well, one might use a seasoning blend typically reserved for tacos on the chicken, which is quite good and also pairs well with mayo or a mayo based sauce

Just look at Taco Bell and how many of their sauces are basically some kind of spicy mayo, it's not "authentic", but it clearly tastes good to most people

Mexicans stole all their culinary "creations" from Indios, Spain, and Lebanon, so do what you want, it's all bastardized anyway.
