I really like pork rosettes, especially the pepper variety, in sandwiches with leerdammer and tuna rillettes. It's really really good.
But as far are full meals are concerned the only pig meat I eat weekly is in cassoulet or on pizzas. The jambon in sandwiches with cooked eggs or in crepes with a raw egg yolk and gruyere is good too occasionally.
Most rare but not least would be a charcuterie mix for the occasional raclette which is godlike.
I had twice full grilled porc in my life and it's incredible but quite expensive and time consuming to set up.
