1. Cut an avocado into two equally sized parts
2. Scoop out the pulp, careful not to break the skin
3. Combine with appropriately sized pieces of smoked ham, mayonnaise and s&p to taste. I prefer a 2-1-1 ratio.
4. Mix until desired chunkiness is achieved
5. Put the mixture back into skin
6. Serve

surprisingly good considering how low effort it is

Avocado toast.

Make toast. Add some butter for flavor. Shingle on slices of avocado. Add salt and pepper. Add some siracha for spice, if desired. Some tomato can also be added.

There's a Brazilian dessert that uses avocado as a base but I can't remember the name. Basically it's a sweet creamy dish so maybe try blending with condensed milk?

Yep. My brother makes "guacamole" without anything but mashed avocado so I pretty much have to finish it the easy way. Proportions aren't the same though since there's more tomato and onion per avocado.

In Malaysia and Indonesia avocado is considered a "sweet" fruit, so they make milkshakes with them.

Two rock hard avocados; treating like potatoes
Slice or dice--I find slices are easier this way
Olive oil in pan, 3 minutes a side (roughly)
Until browned...what do you like?

Sweet?
Butter, cinnamon, salt...maple syrup?
Semi? Honey with cayenne and parm?

Savory?
Teriyaki ginger?
Sambal splattered?
BBQ? The works?

This fruit is never wrong. I always find a place for it.
