Alright fags, I found 10lbs (Eurotrash not welcome ITT).

I was going to throw it in the slow cooker for 20 hours on low heat. Will this be okay? I also made some BBQ sos that I will be dousing it with.

Any tips before I put this here bad boi in the cooker?

no smoker needed if you have a Weber or equivalent...just use the “snake” method with the charcoal and it functions as a smoker that is way easier to deal with, requires less fuel, requires less oversight, and comes out perfect
