It's been a while but all that stands out was that the waitress mispronounced the name of the beer I ordered, the menu was likely written by a guy who wore "big dog" brand shirts and found them genuinely funny, and that I had to stare at a large, carved wooden cock throughout the whole meal.

I've been to the one in the pic (Little Five Points ATL) several times. The food is honestly delicious. I usually get a Single Coronary Bypass but I've jumped around the menu a bit too and it's all been great. The beer selection is huge too, though I will say a lot of it is either mediocre or overpriced. Overall it's a great place to eat though.

Been there once, had the triple coronary bypass. Expensive AF at $20 for a fucking burger. But overall was a good burger. Expect a monster shit a few hours later.

I never realized this was an Atlanta only thing, I thought it was a chain. It's pretty good. I didn't find it amazing by any means. The fat Elvis was pretty damn good though, just really filling and will make you feel like a fat fuck, in a good way.

Me again, the other good burger spot I've been to once is FLIP Burger and I'd probably go back there rather than the Vortex. The food at FLIP Burger seemed overall higher quality and better put together. But again I've only been to each once so take that with a grain of salt.

There's this little burger bar in the Roswell area that my brother takes me to which are the best imo in the Atlanta area. It's not some fancy ass shithole with stupid labeling on everything. You sure wont find it on some fake top 10 list, but it really is the best and not expensive either, it really hits the spot after a plane ride and I'm visiting him there.
I asked my brother who lives in the Atlanta area, Rhea's in downtown Roswell, it's nothing fancy and isn't supposed to be. If you're looking for some fancy tourist trap then that's not it, it's around the Canton & Woodstock streets. I can't find it on a map, but they do have some good burgers.

I went there a while ago and got the lone star tex melt and had bacon added to it. Very big, tasty burger. You'll like it there. I think people here are hating on it because it's popular, more or less.

The fried pickle spears are pretty awesome, too.

Au Cheval in Chicago is on most best burger in America lists and I didn't like it. It was raw and it was dry.
