A). The sticky is very limited. E.g., it's possible "spot training" by bringing localized fitness up. … Pelvic floors are quite largely responsible for fat percentages of both lower glutes and abs.
B). Redirecting the OP in a topic that's specifically claiming knowledgeability is mediocre.

No fucking wonder you need that much caffeine to function -- L-Theanine knocks you on your ass. Take it before bed, instead of part of the stack, every third day tops. Sub Tyrosine and cut your caffeine to 100mg at 9a and 12p daily. Cut the vit c in half, too. Add piracetam to make up the memory. Fuck.

It's really enjoyable.

That much caffeine is reasonable.

So is the vitamin C.

You may want to consider substituting GABA for Picamilon. Supplemented GABA doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier easily while Picamilon does. Picamilon is GABA attached to Vitamin B3 which crosses the blood-brain barrier and then breaks apart.

Taking GABA still has really interesting effects though.

Post descriptions of Picamilon's.

PS: Directly increasing GABA concentrations seems … odd, which is often the interpretation of synthetics. Dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters are protected by antioxidants; so …

Also: sources if legal (e.g., the RFRA).
