A perfection exists with enough knowledge, so here are some topics and maybe some starting insights. Post inquiries and bring up relevant topics.

•Keto actually has benefits because a). fat utilization is potentiated by low insulinogenics. It's somewhat quantifiable in grams of carbohydrates / hour, with the addition that some foods are simply highly insulinogenic (whey; eggs). The trends for weight loss are usually-low (especially casein, which provides protein for large periods of absorption), with high near intense physical activity (HIIT, simply found with "whole body", or even weighted bicycling). What keeping blood sugar and insulin low does is that hunger chemicals are very correlative with energy homeostasis, cholinergic-dopaminregic rewards, neurotrophy – and are even required for rewards from alcohol.

•The fundamental association is GH, which increases amongst hypoglycemia. Its production increasers are suggesting its usefulness a metric of health and even "an adulthood puberty". Sex hormones, L-DOPA, nicotinic agonists, arginine, GABA, amphetamines, glucagon, niacin, and vigorously exercising are examples, and while each are specifically increasable by certain supplements and behaviors, they're also supported by being so correlative.

>Sex hormones.
Produced from cholesterol, which is obtainable from eggs – and dietary cholesterol hugely downregulates how much is absorbed (e.g., 25 eggs / day only getting 18%).

>L-DOPA
Available OTC (as is 5-HTP, for melatonin and serotonin), and potentiates the consistency of effects from stimulants – even plausibly overcoming the "small periods" of increased fat utility; and benefiting coffee.
>Nicotine
Has receptors, simultaneously suggesting benefits from increased reception activity (especially via nicotinic-acetylcholine pathways), and for "reward-seeking" behavior.
>Arginine
Counters acidity, balanced pH being the environment for healthy tissues (especially cartilage and bones for sedentary individuals, but musculature for the sportsmanlike).

Vitamin C is suggested as best supplemented in amounts of some 15g / day. Even small animals are producing 10. It's the basis for a lot of cellular energy, the utilization of fat, and the production of steroids (et al.).
>GABA
Supplementation is supposedly limited by the BBB, but effects are still prominent – euphoria, etc.

>[skipping over to] Niacin
B3s (also including niacinamide and D-ribose) are the metabolites of NAD, which is basically the other fundamental aspect of cellular energy, greatly increasing lifespans and QOL in documenting other animals.

The thing with scholarly articles are the hugely limited existence of controls for full nutrition, so these are all potentially furthered by proper availability of protein, omega 3s, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other nutriments. Omega 3s are a specific rarity amongst food (fishoil being surpassed in relevance by flaxseed oil for various reasons – flavorousness, and thus an increased ratio to other fatty acids by being usable in recipes; and while ALA is only made into EPA and DHA in percentages, a). fishoil has been evidenced with much reduced amounts than what's listed, and b). conversion is basing from nutrient availability and dietary behaviors).

Cholesterol biosynthesis is obviously quite expensive, and "the rate-limitation of steroid production is transporting free cholesterol from the cytoplasm into the mitochondria".

At-least-most of flaxseeds are lignans – carbs – oil obviously being fats.

Though the relevance is debated.

i'm not really sure what the point of this thread is though. you should be more concise if you're trying to say something in particular.

So, assert an association.

Quite obviously, the ascorbate - pyruvate (which is more utilized in low carbohydrate diets, for gluconeogenesis) channels are much more correlative with health than apparent. (Noticeably, the CVD risks were meager.)

>>12545248
The points are simple – "there are a lot of inquiries of various topics; getting answers is within plausibility".
