It should go without saying that everything at McDonald's is about the worst culinary choice you could possibly make for yourself when not drunk or held at gunpoint, but even by those standards that thing is a disgrace to anything one could rationally call food.

A frozen fish filet made of cheap cod or, god forbid, some garbage-eating whitefish, the likes of which they serve in Banquet TV dinners, with cheese product layered on top with a bleached white flour bun that makes even school cafeteria bread seem artisan.

I genuinely hope all of your taste buds were burnt off in a tragic accident, so that I may sympathize for your lack of taste rather than berating you for it.

Some barely emulsified semen sauce that tastes of the barest of seasonings or, knowing McDonalds, seasoning stand-ins like those "X flavor formulas" that has a consistency and flavor that registers it as just slightly more vomit-inducing than straight mayonnaise made by Kraft, who probably also makes their fake plastic cheese.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

Only thing which doesn't make me sick are McDoubles, we get two patties and two cheese.
French fries but I can switch them to sweetcorn, usually go with the fries if I get a meal..
Drink would either be a hot tea or a coffee, instead of soda because I am not 5 years old.

If I skip the meal portion I may get two burgers instead, saying that the sausage McMuffin is the tastiest item and is available 24/7
