Our county fair is in a week, what should I get to eat?

I usually like getting a spicy italian sausage with peppers and onions and cheese sauce. It's quite messy though

Anyone can make that easily at home with simple grocery store items and minimal prep. And I'm sure yours will be better than the crap they churn out. Buy something unique that you absolutely CANNOT make at home. At least get a funnel cake.
