Someone I knew would put it in enchiladas, surprisingly good. It works in mac and cheese and lasagna too mixed with the ricotta so it spreads easier. I've added sriracha to it, and it's great on a green salad, you could probably put it in a pasta salad too with vinaigrette. It pairs well with banana and brown sugar, don't remember where but sour cream, brown sugar, and banana is popular and it is sort of like that.

Drink 2qts of vodka then get a big ol mouth full of it. Then, without swallowing that bite, stick a .45 under your chin and pull the trigger. The angle is a little hard to get right first time, but you want the cheese on the ceiling and running down your nose from the pressure of the blast. .

Layer it in a Lasagna. Put it on top ot the meat sauce layer. I had it once that way and it lent a surprisingly delicious unique flavor and texture to the Lasagna. That's saying a lot considering I don't like the stuff.

It's an occasional snack, cold from the fridge, with a generous top layer of seasoning (savory) eaten with a fork, or maybe some cucumber or celery sticks as dip

Mrs. Dash table blend plus sea salt
Crazy Jane's mixed up salt brings in a bit of celery flavor
Everything bagel seasoning (trader joes)

When I was a kid back in the 80's, they had filler/bumpers in between cartoon shows. (Like PBS and USA Cartoon express and shit like that.)

Anyway, one of these fillers was a cooking segment for kids showing them to put cottage cheese into a bowl, peel and cut a banana in half and stick it into the center of the cottage cheese. Then put one or two pineapple rings around the banana like a cock ring.

Voila! Instead of it being a "sundae", they called it a "saturday". Enjoy.
