you should start small, if you really care to try. do you live near some streams? go catch some crawdads/crawfish/crayfish (why no craydads?) they require the most minimal work of any animal, you just boil a pot of water, pop them in, once they done all you do is pull tail, scoop out poop vein with spoon or knife and eat

Well, you see, words were invented to help people understand the natural world. But uh, for example, if I am the only person on Earth, there's not really any reason for me to come up with words, because I have no reason to relate things to others.

So when it comes to me speaking to God, explaining things to other people isn't really important because all that matters is my communion with spirits.

But I can tell you about me and maybe that will help you. I was a Pagan my whole life. It just took me a long time to realize it. Imagine if you spent your whole life following biblical tenets perfectly, but you never read the bible. Then one day, someone hands you a bible and you read it.

Nothing has changed, has it? You were always Christian, you just didn't know it. You shouldn't have to radically adjust your lifestyle, to contort yourself to what a book says.

Yeah I killed and butchered up this babby goat called georgie. The cut was quick and I think he died pretty fast but then I was kinda lost with taking him apart since I didnt exactly know what I was doing.
Still good some decent pieces of meat on the bbq in the end but it took like two hours of work to chop him up.
Shoulda kept his skull too for nostalgia reasons but I gave it to the stray cats and only thought of keeping it the next day when it was already gone...

I have hunted, butchered, and cooked all of these at least once each. At this point I get so much meat from hunting that the only meats I still buy are pork fat for ground venison and cured meats like salami and pepperoni. If I can find the space to rig together a curing chamber then I could start doing those (and maybe cheese) on my own too. If I can throw some trout in the mix I'll have just about all the bass covered.
