You don't deserve a serious response, but I still need to do my charitable deed for the day.

They've lost all their teeth and hair due to a lifetime of carnism but still can't give up meat though they have to gum it instead of chew it.

Sometimes a dish is best when the meat is really tender, but people have misinterpreted this and think it means good food and meat falling off the bone is the best kind of meat.

The reality is it doesn't mean anything, and definitely isn't the sign of a good cook. A 5 year old can throw some ribs in a pot of water and put the fire on the lowest, and leaving it bubbling for 5 hours. It'll definitely be "falling of the bone, delicious"

It's annoying that so many people like fall off the bone ribs, when that defeats the entire fucking purpose of keeping them on the bone. Ribs should only be smoked for a short period of time, so the meat has the consistency of medium cooked steak.

Sounds kinda metal if you ask me. the unintentional link to "Carnal" also adds a hint of virility.

I should print that on a business card. Experienced Carnist.

Stupid nigger the bone falling doesn't come from the smoking you don't smoke it for that long. It gets tender after you wrap it in foil and start the final cook

There's a difference between fall off the bone over cooked mess, and fall off the bone cooked correctly.

A good way to describe it is when you have boomers who boil their fucking ribs until they fall off the bone when you literally can't even lift them out without falling apart.
Ribs should be fall off the bone with a slight tug.

You both know jack shit about smoking, please shut the fuck up. Baby back ribs, 4-5 hours smoking. Spare ribs, 5-6 hours. No foil, no bullshit. The foil only helps them get over the stall, but if you aren't a fuckboi you can get them to 195 without the crutch. Beautiful smoke rings, delicious bark, moist and very tender. Even if you use foil, they'll still be on the smoker for 2-3 hours which is plenty of time to get a ring on there. Why do people love to assert themselves on topics they know nothing about?

This, who the fuck thinks smoked ribs shouldn't have a smoke ring/be tender? Tender =/= fall off the bone, but it sure as shit isn't supposed to be like a medium steak. This is the current state of zoomer cooking.
