It's not kitchen related but I've been corporate for over 12 years now and 90% of the time there was drama / issues it was because of women. Don't get me wrong I love women and there are good ones in the workplace too (basically the carreer orientated ones who behave like men) but on average they are more prone to creating issues within an organization.

I've never worked in a kitchen before, the only kitchen experience I've ever had has been cooking at home. Just how heavy are these pans he is talking about? The heaviest pan I own is a fairly large cast iron but it's not like uncomfortably heavy or anything and I'm a scrawny piece of shit.
