Not enough oil/butter and your pan is too hot for how you're cooking them.

>> No.12887768

how'd you get that pitted texture so uniform
did you put something weird in the eggs op? list your process

basics though are like that anon said, less heat, and you probably didn't apply oil properly, you gotta coat the pan, not just dump it in a pile before putting the eggs in

Try the microwave. It's pretty fucking hard to fuckup eggs (without eggshells) in the microwave.

Checked: Also, I usually add a bit of whole milk to my eggs before beating them. They get a bit fluffier that way.

use a lower heat ideally medium to low. also use more butter or bacon grease when coating the pan.
also put them in a bowl with splash of milk next time and give them a good whisking with a fork

>Why do my eggs never come out right?
1) your nonstick surface is fucked, cant you see the scratches in it?
2) you're using a metal spatula in a nonstick pan, which is why your pan is fucked up. Stop that.
3) there's no oil, butter, or similar in there. you need to lube up your pan before you put the eggs in

you need to relax a bit

but really though, your heat is probably too low, contrary to what others are saying. a properly heated pan will stick less. let the pan heat up over medium heat until it's fully heated, put in a decent amount of butter, then add the eggs and constantly move them around until cooked. mine never really stick with this method.

You don't eat it with some crunchy toast or anything? They have hardly any texture otherwise. I think they're okay but other than for putting them on crunchy toast they kind of suck.

Alternatively, high heat with a lot of oil, almost like you're need frying. That sets the egg quickly and you can get a nice liquod yoke.

Poor quality eggs. I always buy the most expensive ones and they always cook perfectly.
