They dont have a spicy version but you could just drown it in hotsauce and get the same effect. But low key shake shack has a better chicken sandwich than both. Just finished the spicy chicken sandwich from popeyes moments ago. I like the crunchy texture better than CFA, but the spicy flavor of the chicken at CFA is better. It wasn't very spicy at popeyes at all. I think CFA is just slightly better because of that reason. It has more flavor.

I randomly went to popeyes right when the sandwich came out but before it got popular.
There was no line. I ordered two of the sandwiches, one normal and the other spicy. The guy who took my order was white and he seemed enthusiastic. I went home and ate both the sandwiches. The spicy mayo was good. The sandwiches tasted salty as fuck. I think that they have the same amount of salt as chicfila, but damn it was overpowering. Maybe it had msg on it i dunno. It was ok though, i think the spicy mayo really made it. The one with regular mayo wasnt as good.
The only bad thing about them was that the sandwiches looked like they were thrown in the pouch piece by piece. The regular mayo looked like jizz. There were also greasy fingerprints all over the pouch.
I went back to get one of the spicy ones again and this was before they officially failed to source enough product, which by the way how the fuck does a nation-wide fast food chicken company fuck that up. Anyway I went inside the restaurant this time, and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and the 6'5 black lady, who looked just like the one in the commercial, just says "we aint got no sandwiches". I looked in the back and there was trash and food all over the floor. I left without getting anything. The moral of this story is fuck niggers basically.
