It's actually pretty nice. Everything is very clean and the factory edge seems really good. It's also perfectly balanced, though it's bigger and a lot heavier than I would have expected. The handle is also big and round like a Shun, which I don't like, but the equivalent Shun knife would cost twice the price, so I'm not entirely disappointed with the purchase, even though I haven't actually tried it out yet. Does Enso not have a good reputation or something?
