Also, here's a lifehack: use the drink lids for ketchup instead of the actual ketchup cups. It's easier to cover your fry in ketchup that way.

No. They are not designed to do that. They are designed to be cheaply made by simply folding paper so it forms a cup. It's just a convince that they can be unfolded for that purpose.
