Lots a good stuff here. Since it hasn't been mentioned yet, I'll throw ye olde humble french dip into the ring. I make my own in a slow cooker and they're bomb. Sear a top round roast on all sides, then add to your slowcooker with a can of french onion soup, some beef stock, a couple of sliced onions, and some crushed garlic. Low and slow all day, and at the end of the day pull it out, shred it, and throw it back in the jus. Throw it on some crusty bread and add some cheese if you like.

Fuck all of this nonsense, jus is just beef flavor, concentrated and magnified by the holy powers of salt, pepper, and shallots. The peppers are still crunchy for texture, the onions are still onion-y, and only made more onion-y by the shallots.

And fuck dipping the whole sandwich at once. Who wants a soggy fucking sandwich? People who have a soggy diaper fetish, that's who. Cheese steak or an Italian beef, jus on the side for dipping as you eat.

New York fags get out with your stupid chopped beef sandwiches, those aren't a thing, stop with that bullshit. You win at pizza, let the masters work with the roast beef.

spiciness is degenerate, spiciness is anti-white. I don't mean to say that in any trivial way. In what it represents, spiciness is degenerate. What it means to spice up your food is to cause yourself agitation. To agitate your tongue. To cause you pain. To cause you a sensation, this new sensation, you might start shifting in your chair like "aah! that's hot!"

Here's the thing about spice, once you go from spicing food to making food spicy you've crossed into the realm of degeneracy. You're gonna be welcomed by Arab sheikhs and fucking la cucaracha dances. I don't mean this as a joke. If spicy food is something you enjoy then it's a sign of a degenerated spirit.

And it's these mud races that are so obsessed with spicy food, they're obsessed with agitation. They live in these climates where it's just sand, blowing in the wind. Or they might live in a muddy tropical forest where it's all gooey and slop-slop everywhere; it's constantly changing. But in the far North, what do we have? We have ice. There we have a true symbol. A way to orient ourselves, I suppose you'd say.

Spice is really a symbol of total decadence. If you enjoy causing pain to yourself, why is that? It's a thirst for total agitation that these lowers races are so much more... It's so much more sensual than the Hyperborean race. And it's not a plus. Hyperboreans have the true strength. Ice is strong. Sand you can just throw it to the wind, or you know... Disgusting... you can step on some mud, throw it away. You can disperse it easily. But you have to smash ice.

So don't eat spicy food from a fucking salsa bowl, drink from the cool ice of your hyperborean ancestors.

>once you go from spicing food to making food spicy you've crossed into the realm of degeneracy
I wouldn't call it "degeneracy", but there's this weird element of savage instinct that manifests in those who have poor control over their own minds, this tendency to "seek danger" when living in a sustained completely safe environment and lifestyle. It seems to come in part from never having faced true hardships, or living an overly-coddled life, but it manifests in other stress-inducing ways too, like listening to particularly aggressive music (I don't even mean like just rap or metal, I mean the hardcore shit like punk, death metal, grindcore, and "hardcore" gangsta rap), a particular taste for horror movies and/or violent pornography, thrill-seeking activities, watching an abundance of emotionally-extreme dramas on TV, etc.
It all seems like some desperate attempt to "feel alive", and simulate some kind of conflict in a completely conflict-free life, instead of learning to appreciate a lack of stress and conflict through comparison to real hardships.

Then you put some bacon on it. Mmmmm. Then some melted cheddar cheese. Mmm! It's simple, it's basic, but it gets the job done.

I call it the "Jewish Heart Attack", cause bagels are Jewish, buttered bacon will surely give you a heart attack, and a Jew would surely have a heart attack if he realized he was eating bacon!
