I really don't think almost anyone wants a salad as their entree from places like McDonald's and Popeyes, so it's probably accurate that their audience doesn't respond well to their healthy meal alternatives to burgers and fried chicken. Understandably, it's going to cost them way more to provide a small audience with fresh salad that doesn't taste like shit when it can't be frozen like everything else. Anyone concerned with their health would either bother to make their own meal, go somewhere else, or just spend more for the salad. I can't take someone seriously who complains about how expensive healthy alternatives at fast food restaurants are as if there is no such thing as the grocery store or just eating LESS.
