Self-appointed judges of subjectivity. This isn't as difficult as you want to make it. Sure, lots of people agree with Michelin -- and other critics -- but that doesn't make them objectively correct on matters of taste. One could argue that they may be correct in terms of judging execution of a particular dish, but as to taste, there is no right and wrong.

how do I make decent potatoe pancakes or whatever you call them with cheese mixed?
grate the potatoe finely or regular?
what's the how many eggs do you need and is flour really necessary? what cheese goes well into them? I was thinking mozarella but something with sharper taste probably works as well
