While I agree with you in terms of the Chinese being near subhuman, I quite enjoyed the food there I experienced growing up in Beijing in my teens. I was so used to Westernized Chinese food, everything was totally exotic and foreign to me. I guess it also helps that I'm down to try pretty much every kind of food at least once. I'm sure I've consumed my fair share of gutter oil.
