My cat's started getting more curious about human foods in its old age. It used to occasionally eat dried anchovies if I was having them, but now it's interested in everything I eat. Not just fish, but cheese, cold cuts, beef jerk, butter, anything with mayonnaise, and corn chips in particular. When you consider that most dried catfood is just meat protein and salt, it kind of makes sense. My grandfathers cats used to eat vanilla ice cream, so he started making homemade sugar-free plain ice cream for them.

My cats eat constantly. Cat food and human food. They really like chicken and cheese the most. I have one that like popcorn and Cheetos, which is kinda weird to me. Another likes crispex cereal. I have 3. One is fat and the other 2 are normal sized.

One of my cats will fuck up literally anything. She LOVES almonds, and will eat sour patch kids (I know that this isn't healthy, I just wanted to see if she would actually do it). I've also seen her eat an entire Red Cardinal aside from the beak.
The other cat is afraid of her own shadow and eats only cat food. Sometimes she will smell something a lot, but will never actually consume it.

Most cats are post kittenhood but not all. Depending on the cat you can get away with a biweekly small amount of cheese or milk but you have to really be paying attention to whether or not its just eating that shit like an idiot and then shitting itself dry a few hours later.
