What a perfect hotdog. It's simple because New York, not being flyover, recognizes that hot dogs are trash food and should be kept simple. They don't overcompensate for themselves by topping it with an entire salad to try to suggest it's meant to be something special. Shitcago and other flyover cities think that making "special" hot dogs is a culinary gem, not realizing it's laughable and something a 5 year old does when they play "chef".
