You build up a tolerance to shit like this after a while. The first time I tried the 1x version of these I found them extremely hot but tolerable. After a year of eating them and the 2x version I found myself adding habanero powder to the 2x ones to get the desired kick out of them.

Capsaicin tolerance is very real.

I got these on a whim and they are pretty spicy. You'll need a lot of water and maybe a piece of bread to down them. It's a meme, but there's some basis in reality. When I was in the UK, I went to a Jamaican chicken place to eat and since it's expected to be spicy, there was only one bottle of ketchup around for children eating nuggets. The girl I went with is a huge baby and used it, but then sitting outside was a white dude, taller than me and shit, looked pretty healthy. He asked for the bottle, drowned his food in it and pretty much monopolized the thing the entire time there because he couldn't handle the heat. It was a really fucking sad sight, a living fucking stereotype.
Almost every meal outside of immigrant places was unseasoned as fuck too, I lost a lot of weight while living there.

>> No.13793192

If you want a proper origin, there's a longstanding stereotype in the UK dating back before the wars of older people preparing every sort of foodstuff by boiling alone and only seasoning with salt, if seasoning at all. But yeah, the modern take is just spiteful PoCs being racist hypocrites.
