The cycle if eating nothing two days a week and then eating whatever your heart desires for 5 is by far the healthiest and least boring lifestyle ever invented.

I just ate a big piece of broiled trout after 36 hours of nothing. I'd have gone longer but I want to lift later.
I do 16:8 anyway, but I'm NEET now (not due to virus, but that's not helping) so I'm not as active so I've been stretching it more often than I usually do.

In animals kept as pets, its not good for them to always have food. I have a lot of birds and it's not healthy for them to always be able to eat, as it can lead to problems with their livers and make them obese. Birds arent humans, but realistically they're tiny animals that are in the grand scope of things the same circumstances as humans are and we're not that different when it really comes down to it. Birds do need fresh water every day and so do humans.

I’ve been losing weight since October by eating one meal a day on weekdays and then whatever I want on the weekend. Down 22kg as of today. Main reason I did it was to curb drinking though.

I've done a 10 day water fast. I also got cold and weak from low blood pressure. It probably depends on your natural thyroid level. My family on my mom's side has a slower thyroid on average. One saving grace is the extended lifespan that a slower thyroid can potentially offer I guess.
