The volcano menu was flat out the best thing Taco Bell ever made. When they had it I used to get extra lava sauce and add it to everything. It actually confounds and upsets me that they refuse to bring it back.

Though some people will claim their location still has the encherito and chili cheese burrito on the menu, it's clear most US Taco Bells do not. And yeah, some of these things you could clearly custom order yourself such as the nacho cheese chalupa and beef/bean burrito if you wanted to go through the fuss, but they're still not on the menu.
