Those are good choices. Here are some I like. It's hard to go wrong with a lot of the restaurants.

Rose and Crown is a great lunch spot. If you don't want to sit down, stop at a stand for great fish and chips.

Via Napoli has great pizza

Coral Reef has pretty good food and great atmosphere

California Grill. Everything they have is great

Whispering Canyon is based

Yachtsmen Steak House

Yeah Morimoto is pretty good, had the duck last time I was there. I usually eat at the cheaper restaurants if I go with my gf after work. Usually end up at Deluxe or Blaze, the Poutine is decent if not overpriced only get that when they have the breakfast one. They opened/opening a few more restaurants on West Side though that look pretty good, not sure if they will be there this year though since the whole resort is closed.
Be Our Guest definitely for the experience, I'm sure the food is good though most Disney restaurants have great staff. I barely remember doing it though since I was like 8 when my parents took us there.

They're mostly just a waste of money if you leave without spending them all, and with 2-3 big meals a day you probably won't be hungry enough to use them. Go to the magic kingdom candy shop and spend them all on the packaged snacks when you're about to leave. The candy coated rice crispy treats are kino as fuck. Epcot has the best snacks though, especially if you go during a festival

I've got the standard dining plan, so it'll probably only be one big meal per day with the snacks and quick serve making up the rest. But I did read about your advice that if nothing else just cash them in for packaged stuff.

I would think a backpack would be fine. A google search said that I could bring food in that didn't require heating up and beverages were allowed as long as they were non-alcoholic and not in glass bottles. They also said that there are lots of water-bottle refill stations if you prefer to go that route. I thought about maybe getting one of those small hydro-packs which will be enough space for a packed lunch and snacks and a place to keep my keys/phone/wallet safe. I think I might consider this when I go in the fall.

It sounds expensive, crowded, chock full of minorities, fags, fatties, and retards.

I like Disney as much as the average autist, but I have to say, outside of their major big rides and areas, its an overpriced cheap hellhole. I didn't regret going, but I sure as fuck couldn't justify pissing away all the money it took just to visit.
On top of god forbid you don't have a fastpass. The immersive rides were good, but fuck me I could not imagine waiting almost an hour or even over an hour just to get on a ride that lasts less than ten minutes.
