The only Italian thing in that picture is the beer, the rest is rocket and generic frozen shit (onion rings, "mozzarella" sticks, olive all'ascolana, chicken whatever, french fries with tomatoes and garlic + parsley because garlic equals italian), american sauces and at the bottom there's some flat bread cooked in the wood oven.
