Perfect poached eggs are hard to produce. But if you can perfect it you'll be considered above average cooking skill imo. Also theres nothing better then a eggs Benedict on fathers/mothers day. Plus if you cook for guest and are able to serve them perfectly executed eggs Benedict I bet they suckle at your ballsack for lunch later.
