Theres your problem, who buys those? Homemade burgers from a pound of beef/turkey will have less sodium than a beyond burger. Ive purchased and made beyond burgers, theyre not bad, so if you are strictly trying to avoid red meat then they are great.

But avoiding processed foods and eating a pretty balanced diet in general will always be healthier. You just have to be willing to learn to cook, this is /ck/ after all.

Based, but beyond meat is pretty good. Obviously impossible for true meat flavor better but beyond is really good if you lightly cook it or make it a bit more raw. It has a mostly meaty flavor with the extra spices yet lacks the dryness of an impossible burger or black bean burger.
Personally I usually just make potato burgers cuz you can just microwave a potato, mash it into a patty, add a bit of cumin and rosemary, and you have a delicious burger.
