We still have the Bacon/Cheddar Angus here. They got rid of the Mushroom/Swiss, and the Deluxe now has barbecue sauce and fried onions.
Honestly, I wish the Mushroom/Swiss didn't bomb like it did, but they also probably had franchise complaints because it had a lot of ingredients not used in any other burger.

IMO the sweet chili sauce didn't really pair well with salty, spicy ground beef. I used to swap out the beef for grilled chicken, and it was awesome.

a year or two ago, mcdonald's was test-running a simple chicken, pickle, mayo sandwich in my region of the US. it tasted leagues better than any chick-fil-a i've ever had, but it never caught on, probably because it wasn't very well advertised and people defaulted to the discount value/familiarity of the mcchicken instead.

Sometimes you get a taco included in a combo/$5 box, but it's usually a hard shell taco, which is terrible, so you sub it out for a soft shell taco.

God I miss the buffalo chicken nacho fry burrito that Teebz had months ago so much. Hope they bring it back someday. That buffalo sauce was amazing.

Bacon Chalupa from taco bell. Extremely basic I know but something about that sauce they put on their gave it an addictive quality I would get about 3 or 4 when I went back in the day when they were affordable.
