Use something to smash the chicken breasts flat
Heat up a little bit of oil in a pan.
Cover the flattened chicken in spices and flour.
Dip in a beaten egg.
Coat thickly with panko or breadcrumbs
Lay in oil and fry until crispy.
Drain oil and serve with carb,veggies and dipping sauce of choice. (Garlic mayo)

Chicken salad, great for sandwiches or on crackers

>1 8oz chicken breast. season with Montreal steak seasoning. bake at 350f until it reaches 155. allow to cool completely
>mix 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup each chopped walnuts and dried cranberries, 1 tsp tarragon and salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
>mix well and dice chicken. finely mince a few tablespoons of fresh parsley and mix to combine. Chill in the fridge overnight and serve on a sandwich or with crackers.

Chicken breast is without a doubt the most useless and insipid vegetable ever to have graced the earth with its worthlessness. Who on earth would ever willingly eat such a barren, tasteless, swelling pile of condensed string? In fact, if you raised a child on nothing but that disgusting protein powder that weightlifters eat, then asked them to describe what they imagine meat to taste like, they would probably describe chicken breast. It's a tragedy that every time I buy a chicken I have to buy two of those worthless lumps of stringified dust which people call "food" along with it. Honestly, I'm surprised my body even bothers to digest them at all, I would not be at all shocked to find two fully intact chicken breasts being squeezed out of my anus upon vising the toilet after a roast chicken dinner.

Make a green salad, add some dices low fat feta cheese, olive oil, sliced green olives and sliced red onions.

This is correct

Of the four common methods of seed dispersal (wind, animal, gravity and projectile) the chicken plant uses an animal-based seed dispersal mechanism. Planting an egg will result in the growth of a chicken tree, on which chickens (the fruits) will develop, and eventually fall. The animal runs around and lays eggs wherever it pleases, thus dispersing the seeds.
