To be fair, most of my friends wont use their oven because it would instantly decrease the property value of their place. Two of them actually have just bought mini fridges and refuse to use the kitchen at all to keep it in mint condition so when they flip it they wont have to spend any money and repairs and it's a good selling point.

And honestly it with skipthedishes and ubereats there really isnt a point, 30-60$ a night isnt gonna break the bank in any way and you save countless hours not needing to cook.
