I keep my milk next to the freezer compartment on the top shelf of my 1947 Frigidaire by General Motors refrigerator. Keeps it brain-freeze tier cold. The fridge works so well that my wife's shitty diet Coke will freeze(artificial sweeteners are more powerful than natural sugars and that means less dissolved solids and a higher freezing point than other liquids). Heavy cream will also freeze, I assume because it is ultra pasteurized...

I drink 1/2 gallon of whole milk everyday since I was 16, almost 10 years now.
It has to be Ice "Teeth Chattering" Cold.
I use a large double walled mug that has gel in the layers and you freeze it.
Not obese or overweight.
No car, I walk or bicycle everywhere.
Drinking cold milk on a 100+ day always makes me proud to be completely White.
