I really love white castle, it's probably my favorite fast food place. My go-to order is like 10 jalapeno sliders and a sack of clam strips, but everything there is good

Forgot to mention, the best part is the oniony farts you have the next day. I'm pretty skinny and don't eat a lot of fast food but white castle bloats my belly out and gives me these delicious smelling oniony farts. They smell exactly like the oniony grease vapor that wafts out of the smoke stack

Love it, love the steamy soppy wet oniony sliders. Haven't had it in a while now but my go to order was always two double bacon sliders, two double jalapeno cheese sliders, and an order of fries.

I love it. I don't know why it isn't replicated elsewhere given the ingredients and processes.

There's none in my state, so it's been years since I've been in one of their restaurants. Easy as hell to make at home so I'll go that route when the mood strikes. Good to make for family gatherings.

We don't have them around here but I made some burgers of my own in the same style and they were good. I never would have thought that deliberately avoiding putting a cracker-crisp sear on the outside of the meat would be something I'd do, but they're really onto something with gently "steaming" the things over the caramelized onions.

I remind myself after every time I go to just get sliders next time. It’s the only thing they do well, at least at my location. Fries are always bland unseasoned or undercooked. I went to a Krystal in Atlanta once. Some southerner told me "it's the same thing as White Castle". Turns out it's not. 1) They don't steam the meat and buns on a pile of onions 2) They put mustard or something on them as a standard order. I love mustard on burgers, but unexpected mustard on a slider is weird. 3) Krystal has a different menu. They didn't have onion chips, among other things.
