Love Pepin. He deconstructs the "complicated" parts of cooking that most people wouldn't even attempt and makes it available for home cooks that are willing to put forth some effort. This gallantine, spatchcock, some of his stuffed loins, stews, and desserts have all been valuable additions to my cooking repertoire at home. The fundamentals instilled in his videos really drive home the mindset of always improving, always trying new things, and being flexible in the kitchen. It isn't just "do this recipe," but rather a focus on tips and advice that are useful no matter the recipe.

If you want true value out of your cooking content, you'd be hard pressed to find better than Pepin.
