It's the first one. Both numbers are of the total sample.
The results are kinda fucky.
The categories are total likes, total dislikes, and neither which make up the percentage of people who tried a dish, then people who haven't tried the dish, include people who don't remember if they've tried it.

As a scot I can say that infographic is pretty limited but most of our traditional stuff isn't very exciting anyway, a lot of it is oats mixed with something. What we do have going for us is good quality fish/seafood since almost the entire population is concentrated along the coast and fishing is a major industry.

You wouldn't think they'd survive the advertising blitz of big brands and discount deals, but the Scots are obsessed with buying local or at the very least from Scotland if they can.

I was talking about it with the guy who owns the campsite in the pub (he was the barman) and he said many Scots hate people from Fife (most in a jokey way) but that is where all Scotlands fruit is grown and people will only buy UK fruit if it's from Fife or Wales. Otherwise they buy foreign. Fruit and veg from England with the British flag on it just rots on the shelves. Enough of it must sell to people who don't give a fuck to justify them still stocking it, but I haven't heard of other places doing this.

Do people from Wisconsin only local eat grass fed beef, etc? I don't know all you state foods.
