How do I make a pinwheel wrap properly? Do you put all the meat and stuff on one side of the wrap and then roll from there or put it in flat in the middle and roll?

You should put a stripe each of the different ingredients, about 80% of the bread (lavash is best). Leave the 10% at the edges so you leave a flap for seal, and your inner is to go over the first ingredient.

Make sure to refrigerate for a while to let it mingle. They're much better if not eaten immediately.
